I feel as though I am the man to fix the error in the views of these great men of history being portrayed as assholes.

  • Darth Vader: From Force Sensitive to Padawan, to Sith Apprentice to Darth, Anakin Skywalker has both seen and done it all. You can call him an asshole for his role as a “villian” in said films, but lets take a minute to appreciate that Anakin is not as evil as we grow to believe. His journey to the Dark side revolved around human passion and emotion, HE LOVED his other and swore he would protect her through thick and thin. He refused to live the life of a stale, emotionless drone and stood up for what he believed in. Anakin wanted nothing more then to protect and love all that was his but society deemed him unworthy to love another, unworthy to take action when pushed, he was in every aspect a normal, passionate man.So he killed a few jedi kids, big fucking whoop! He was saving them from a life of boring solitude and lack of emotion. Not only had his love for life lead him to great power, but! It also lead him to one day govern not the world but the galaxies! He was LAW. We side with the republic but fail to realize the republic were terrorist established to destroy the law and government lead by the political leaders. Darth Vader was a fucking Hero to all men.
  • Emperor Palpatine: If I could use one word to describe Palpatine it would be “AMBITIOUS”. Here is a man who fought for what he believed, resurrecting a whole forgotten culture, a whole forgotten race through his spread of Sith lore. Here is a man who strived and planed out ever detail of every thing. A political genius who helped wage war on HIMSELF. Yes, he played both sides. Cunning, equipt and ambitious, this is the kinda guy you want inspiring your children to never give up! Even have using force lightning and turning into a ugly, prune looking bitch. Besides, we should respect elders.
  • Darth Maul: Who? Yah, whatever.
  • Joker: There are 100s of back stories to the Joker and never an official one. Sure we can call him insane, thus we shouldn’t be surprised by his actions and crimes, BUT what we fail to realize is Joker lives to destroy Batman, its a two part game, so ask yourself, who truly is the villain? A crazed man with no remorse to knowledge of the sins he commits or the vigilant hero in a suit who wont let the police do their work, putting countless of officers without a job. If batman was to disappear, so would the Joker being that his only purpose is to destroy the bat, but does batman ever leave? Nope… just keeps on endangering Gotham city who we all know, will all those super powers is fucked as it is, buying a home in Gotham is about as dumb as purchasing a home in the middle of a federal prison.
  • Killer Croc: Here is a sad story if there ever was one. Poor Waylon Jones born with a birth defect that slowly turned him into a repitile. Each year, his mind and body slowly changing to be more beast-like. His hatred for humanity came from the mocking jokes of others and judgement for him not looking like you and I. Each day he became more animal like, losing human looks and mentality and just trying to live with his disability to a point humanity EXILED him to a sewer to rott. Do you blame him for wanting to kill? A. He needs to eat just like any other alligator or croc. B. He acts on instincts to the tormented past. Poor Croc, I feel for yah brah!
  • Lotso: Need I explain this? Poor huggin’ bear. -sadface-
